How to break the Ice and Share Jesus Christ with others for the First time. Novice P.O.R.

Hey, let me ask you a real quick question.

Do you have a church that you go to?

or

I mean have you ever been to a church before?

Any answer unless they're outright opposed to God. Ask.

So let me ask you this.

What do you think about God?

Again, any answer unless they reveal they're outright opposed to God.

Like they're an Atheist or Agnostic etc. Move forward and ask.

So, let me ask you this.

So, what do you think about Jesus?

Anything other than He is my Lord and Savior.

Move forward and ask.

So, let me ask you this.

How do you know, that you know, that you know, you have a home in Heaven?

I mean, what do you think it is that qualifies us, or what does it?

Anything other than Jesus is my Lord and Savior.

Move forward and say.

So listen, a lot of times we over complicate this.

But it's actually super simple and it's a free gift and I don't want you to miss it.

It's something we can't work for, earn, or buy. But, it's our choice to freely receive it.

Keep going and don't stop.

Say Listen,

In Romans 10:9, The Word of God says,

If you confess with your mouth, “ Jesus is Lord,”

And believe in your heart that God raised Him from the dead you'll be saved.

Do you believe that? If Yes or Yeah

Say.

So listen, that's great because your half way there.

The other half is confessing it with your mouth.

The fact is, we can pray a prayer together just between you and God.

It only takes a moment.

But, if you really believe it with all your heart.

Then you'll receive the free gift eternal life.

And, this is how you can always know, that you know, that you know,

You have a home in heaven.

But, even more importantly,

So that you can let heaven make it's home in you.

So listen, would you pray this with me, Just between you and God. Just Say..

Heavenly Father,

I confess with my mouth that Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior

and

I believe in my heart that You raised Him from the dead.

Thank You that I am forgiven of all my sin and set free.

Right here, Right now,

I am a child of God restored and redeemed back into relationship

With You in Jesus name, Amen!

Then encourage them with the time they give you.

Say..

Listen this is an amazing moment in your life

and

You'll understand more as you walk this thing out.

But, remember God says today is the day of Salvation

So if anyone ever ask you again.

How do you know your going to Heaven?

You can tell them because Jesus Christ is your Lord and Savior.

What's today's date?

So today's date is 00-00-0000 and this is an important day

Because it's the day you received Jesus and a restored relationship with God.

Congratulate them, him or her and give encouragement before they go.

You could say,

Look, before you go.

I want to thank you for being humble and patient with me.

I believe God will honor this moment and most of all always remember

It's about having a real relationship with God.

It's not just a prayer to get to Heaven.

It's about Heaven getting back into you.

Ask if they have a bible or bible app on there phone.

If yes, encourage and give them direction.

If no, encourage and give them direction.

If they don't have a Church home ask if they would like to be invited to yours.

If yes, give them an invite card, email address, or connect with them on social media. Etc.

Remember, if you're in a public place like the mall or Wal-mart.

They are the one's who have to ask to be invited, or it's considered soliciting!

If time allows and They're hungry for more.

Spend time with them, share, and get additional information.

Stay in tune with The Holy Spirit

Because The Holy Spirit will keep you in tune with them.

While this novice P.O.R. was given as a starting point.

How to Apply THE GOOD NEWS in real life

So, let's say you're given a playbook for a football or basketball game. Then you listen to the coach go over and over the material in it. But, all you do is listen, read, and memorize it. What will you do on game day seeing you have never held a football or basketball? You've never ran any practice drills. You haven't even played a scrimmage game. But hey, you've listened to the coach, read the playbook, memorized some plays, bought a pair of $100.00 shoes to match your uniform. You look like a football or basketball player. You even sound like one. The fact is, without applying the information to real life, you'll only reach a certain point. OK, let's say instead of a playbook, you're given a manual to learn Martial Arts. But, all you do is read the manual and listen to someone verbally teach it. How do you think your first match or tournament will go? How will you respond when you are physically attacked? To become someone who is skilled at...

How to Renew your mind?

Luke 23:34, In The Word of God, Jesus Says, " Father, forgive them, for they do not know what they do." This is so POWERFUL on so many levels ! Isn't this how life is?  So many go around doing things without even knowing why. But on a deeper level. We might find that a life without Jesus, means a life without a TRUE relationship with our Heavenly Father. And this happens to be the case for many. Now if that's you well hang in here because your life will shift  dramatically by simply Clicking on the TAB that says Receiving Jesus ? But for now lets continue on. If we take the same stance as Jesus on the cross in every situation then it will change our life and perspective from earthly to heavenly. Here I will give a very simple explanation. Let me set the stage. You get up in the morning. Have a wonderful shower. It's a beautiful day. The birds are singing. You take a moment to collect your thoughts. Spend some time in your normal routine ...

Created to Love and Called to Share

Opening Statement The information that's being given to you is presented in love to equip you, not to condemn you. For we know there's now no more condemnation for those who are in Christ Jesus.  Romans 8:1 . If we become convicted, this is a good thing, because it's the love of our Heavenly Father  calling us to another level in our relationship with Him. The Word of God In 2 Peter 1:12-13, NLT, says, 12 Therefore, I will always remind you about these things—even though you already know them and are standing firm in the truth you have been taught.   13 And it is only right that I should keep on reminding you as long as I live. Reminding you what? 2 Peter 1:1-11, NLT , 1 This letter is from Simon Peter, a slave and apostle of Jesus Christ. I am writing to you who share the same precious faith we have. This faith was given to you because of the justice and fairness of Jesus Christ, our God and Savior. 2 May God give you more and more grace and peace as you g...

The Great Commandment and The Great Commisson

First things First ! I'm writing this to Encourage The Church. If you have received Jesus then you're The Church. This information is not Provided to condemn anyone. It is intended to create freedom and spark a fire in all who have ears to hear. So before we begin. You must read and hear this information with the right ear. Because if you hear this information with the dirt body your living in. That is the flesh. Then you will likely become offended and only hear what you want to hear. Most will shut down. Unable to hear with the right ear. The ear that hears the Love of God and The last Commands of Jesus before leaving this dirt earth. But I will continue on for those who can set their earth suits aside and hear with the right ear. As you move forward you just might step into a level of freedom you have never known before. If you're still with me then lets begin.. Did you know that only 95% of all CHRISTIANS live their entire LIFE as a Christian Without ever leading even o...

Pure Motives, Love, & The Good News of Jesus Christ

In Philippians 1:15-18, we see some people share The Good News with pure motives and others from selfish ambition, jealousy, and with no sincerity. But, Paul still rejoiced because, The Good News was still being shared. The reality Paul was faced with is the same reality we're faced with today. Since there are so few set free and willing to walk in love rightly. He rejoiced in the fact that Something is better than nothing! Ultimately, we know we should have pure motives and love others with no agenda because this is the example Jesus set. In order for others to truly experience the love of Christ through us, We must represent Him well by setting our selfish motives and agenda's aside. In this way, people will see that you genuinely love and care about them. We must arrive at the place in our walk with Jesus that we fully understand this simple gesture. “ We will do a lot for love” What does this mean? Here's an Example: If my wife decided that I don't...

The Basics of Sharing The GOOD NEWS and Gospel of Jesus Christ

When sharing The Good News,  we don't always have to come up with a different way to share it with different people. The Good News is Powerful, Unchanging, and True every time we share it and each person we share it with may have never heard the Powerful, Unchanging, Truth of The Good News we're sharing. The goal is to share The Good News with each person like it's the first time, Even though you may have spoken the same Words thousands of times. Keep in mind that your way of presenting The Good News will grow over time. There will be many Building Blocks that will be added to your Foundation. But, the most important One is The Cornerstone, Jesus Christ. We must first build this Foundation and everything else will happen over time. Then, you will find out of the abundance of your heart Luke 6:45, Matthew 12:34, Proverbs 4:23, and Proverbs 10:11 , that words will flow in and out of you with the compassion and love of Jesus. ESTABLISHING THE GOOD NEWS Jesus ...

The Basics of Sharing The Gospel of Jesus Christ Continued and The Foundation for Your P.O.R. or Point of Reference

Note : We never put God in a box when sharing The Good News . There's no particular way to share The Good News as long as it's always The Good News . This P.O.R. is just what it says it is. It's a Point of Reference. In Romans 10:9-10 We see that God gave His Son to gain His sons and daughters and we find that Romans 10:9 is one of the closest Scriptures we have to a prayer of Salvation. In Genesis 1:26-28 We see our Image, Dominion and Authority and Similarities between us and God in regards to confessing or speaking. In John 3:15-16 We see that God paid the priceless price of His Son to show His Love to the world. Simply put, God wants a relationship with His Children and paid a high price to prove it. I n Romans 6:4-5 We see that those who are buried with Christ are also Raised from the dead in the likeness of Christ. We see that He has Power over life and death. Note: Genesis 1:26-28,...

Basic Information for Starting and Breaking a Fast

Basic information for starting and breaking a fast Let's look at some basic information about starting and breaking a fast. Whether you decide to fast long enough for your digestive system to shut down or even a day or two. It's a good idea to start drinking plenty of water as a substitute for other beverages. This will help with caffeine withdraws and the like. Everyone knows headaches are no fun! Avoid hard to digest foods. While this isn't as crucial for a fast lasting only a day or two. It becomes very important for a fast lasting 5 days or more. Steak can take around 72 hours to digest. Basically any form of red meat is hard to digest. Only God Brings The Increase

In 1 Corinthians 3:6-7, NKJV, Paul says: 6 I planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase. 7 So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase. When we understand this Truth about The Good News , all the weight of self assumed expectations rolls off our shoulders and lands at the feet of Jesus. Now, while it is important to know and live out The Great Commission found in Matthew 28:19 and Mark 16:15-18 to Go into all the world and preach The Good News to everyone. Knowing that God is the Only One who brings the increase Is crucial in understanding our purpose in His eternal plan. When we till the ground, plant, and water the seed, we are one in doing so. But, we're never the one's who bring the increase. We have Co-Union or Communion with God in these matters to shine bright in a world full of darkness and should always remember all the weight and power to bring the increase belongs to God. All the worship, all t...

What is going on with the Church, Christian Statistics, Self and The Good News

Studies have shown that 80% of unchurched people say they will engage in a faith based conversation. So, with 8 out of 10 people willing to have a conversation with us, Why don't we engage them? The answer is mostly Self . This is why, when it comes down to being a Christian who walks in freedom and shares The Good News , we must tear down and bury our old house of sin and self and say Yes, to the Savior building a New house block by block on the Right foundation. It starts with Christ The Cornerstone and stays maintained By inviting The Holy Spirit to take the keys and full ownership. Looking at Luke 6:46-49, HSCB, Jesus says, 46 “Why do you call Me ‘Lord, Lord,’ and don’t do the things I say? 47 I will show you what someone is like who comes to Me, hears My words, and acts on them: 48 He is like a man building a house, who dug deep and laid the foundation on the rock. When the flood came, the river crashed against that house and couldn’t shake it, because it was we...
